The experience included David Yurman and Cartier gifts, just a glimpse of the curated luxury that awaited. Days were filled with indulgence: a yacht day in Monaco, a rooftop soirée in Nice with a world-class DJ, and a charming trolley ride through the city for a cultural immersion and welcome event. A select group of friends joined the celebrant for a pre-birthday excursion featuring helicopter transfers to St. Tropez for a day at a beach club.
But the centerpiece, the true surprise no one saw coming, was a secret wedding, revealed only hours before the ceremony. Even the wedding party had no idea. Carefully scripted vows, speeches, and readings were handed out en route to the Grand Hôtel du Cap Ferrat, Four Seasons Hotel, and the magic unfolded from there. Every detail was intentional: the client’s favorite florist flown in from their home city, a harpist playing during the ceremony, a live French vocalist who brought the house down at the reception and even synchronized swimmers who stunned guests in a dazzling display.
To elevate the experience even further, the guest of honor’s love for champagne took center stage. We sourced 12+ rare bottles of a specific vintage champagne through a combination of champagne brokers, exclusive auctions, and direct coordination with the Perrier-Jouët champagne house in Épernay, France. It was a logistical feat and a sparkling triumph. From surprise to splendor, this event was a masterclass in luxury event production. It wasn’t just a birthday it was a once-in-a-lifetime celebration of love, life, and the unexpected, delivered by Reid Rodell with absolute precision, heart, and brilliance.
Montenegro and Croatia
Curated Destination Birthday CelebrationReid Rodell curated an extraordinary destination birthday celebration across Montenegro and Croatia, blending cultural immersion, cinematic fantasy, and luxurious experiences. The journey began in the coastal town of Perast, Montenegro, where guests were welcomed with a custom Montenegrin fair featuring local artisans, live performers, and a complimentary keepsake gift. Held at a breathtaking oceanfront villa for a party of 15, the experience began with seamlessly arranged travel logistics: from coordinating a private plane for the bride and four of her closest friends, to organizing international travel and transfers for the remaining ten guests arriving from across the globe.
Guests were welcomed with custom, personalized gifts each one thoughtfully selected to reflect the spirit of the celebration and the personalities of the women attending. We planned a dazzling Greek themed bachelorette party, complete with custom décor, an immersive ambiance, and handpicked entertainment that made the evening feel like a scene from a Mediterranean dream.

From the moment guests arrived, every detail was crafted to honor the rich traditions of Bahia while delivering a luxurious, over the top experience.
The celebration began with a colorful welcome reception, where guests were greeted by Capoeira dancers, local Bahian women serving fresh Caipirinhas, and live Afro-Brazilian rhythms that set the tone for an extraordinary week. Accommodations were top tier: we secured the top three floors of a luxury hotel, ensuring the entire group stayed together in comfort and style.
Guests were guided through the culinary heartbeat of Bahia, dining at renowned local restaurants and savoring the region’s signature flavors. One of the most memorable highlights was a private boat excursion to a nearby island, where we hosted a beach BBQ celebration complete with live music, dancing in the sand, handcrafted cocktails, and a picture-perfect ocean backdrop.
The excitement didn’t stop there midweek, the group was treated to an exclusive nightclub takeover. We privately rented out the club, hosted a high energy entertainment act just for the group, and then opened the venue to locals, blending the experience for a true "party like a local" atmosphere. With over 400 people dancing the night away and the VIP area reserved for our guests, it was a celebration that lit up the city.
Reid Rodell also curated authentic cultural moments, including lunch at the private home of a celebrated Brazilian painter, where guests not only dined in an artistic haven but had the rare opportunity to purchase art directly from the artist. The soulful connection to Bahia’s artistic and cultural heritage was deeply felt by all.

From the moment guests landed in Thailand, they were greeted with private luxury transfers and whisked away to their respective five star accommodations, where soothing in room massages awaited to help them unwind and reset for the experience ahead.
In Bangkok, the celebration began with a welcome dinner at the iconic Peninsula Hotel, set on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. Guests arrived by private boat, gliding across the water at sunset before being seated for a decadent multi course dinner with curated wine pairings, all set against a backdrop of twinkling city lights. After dinner, the group was escorted via vintage tuk tuks through the bustling streets to a glamorous rooftop bar, where handcrafted cocktails and panoramic views of the Bangkok skyline made for an unforgettable nightcap.
The culinary highlight of the trip came with an exclusive Chef’s Table experience at the two Michelin starred Gaggan.
